1. What this integration does
The HubSpot integration lets you connect your HubSpot account to SAGA AI so you can send approved content into your HubSpot CMS blog.
SAGA AI uses HubSpot OAuth to request access and then uses the connected account to publish blog content, metadata, and related publishing details into HubSpot.
2. Before you begin
Make sure you have an active SAGA AI account and a HubSpot account with access to the blog you want to publish to.
Use a HubSpot user with Super Admin or App Marketplace Access permission so the OAuth authorization can complete successfully.
If your HubSpot account does not have a CMS blog configured yet, create a blog inside HubSpot before attempting to publish.
3. Connect HubSpot to SAGA AI
Sign in to your SAGA AI account and open Settings.
In the CMS Integrations section, choose HubSpot and start the connection flow.
You will be redirected to HubSpot to review the requested permissions and select the HubSpot account you want to connect.
Approve the connection to return to SAGA AI and complete setup.
4. Authorize and confirm the connection
After authorization, SAGA AI stores the HubSpot connection for your workspace so future publishing requests can be sent to HubSpot.
If the connection is successful, HubSpot will appear as connected in your SAGA AI settings.
If authorization fails, disconnect any partial connection, confirm you used the correct HubSpot account, and try again.
5. Publish content to HubSpot
Create or approve an article inside SAGA AI.
Choose HubSpot as the publishing destination when sending the article to a CMS platform.
SAGA AI will use the connected HubSpot account to create the blog post in HubSpot CMS using the article title, body content, and SEO metadata.
6. Troubleshooting
If HubSpot says the app cannot be installed, confirm you are using the correct HubSpot account and that the account can authorize marketplace apps.
If publishing fails because no blog is found, create a HubSpot blog first and reconnect if needed.
If the connection becomes invalid later, disconnect HubSpot in SAGA AI settings and reconnect it through the same setup flow.
